“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“Went today to pick something that I ordered online . First of all, verizon has some really good deals online . Have never seen such offers with T-Mobile or ATT. I switched to Verizon and it's the best decision I made . Nice service and super good customer service . This location was excellent . When I went in I saw so much crowd and was thinking it's gonna take time .. but saw so many VZ employees inside . There were atleast 4/5 employees helping customers ..
