When I came back it took not less than 5 minutes to solve my problem without taking any fee!!!

“Good folks, great service. We recently had to stop in Trenton on our USA roadtrip because of car trouble. The staff at Sergio's helped us get our van back to tip top shape with excellent same day service. We dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 6pm. The diagnosis and the work was all very affordable and transparent. I was definitely appreciative of everything they did for us. 5 stars well earned!”
“Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday.
The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street.
After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to.
I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.”

Don the lead technician took his time out without me having to ask to show me what was wrong and explain the work done and plan with me future work that I wanted done. “If I had to sum up this dealership in three words, they'd be quality service, respect, and honesty.
From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.
If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I'd definitely recommend this place! A great team to work with; I could not thank you all enough!”

“My car was making a loud, weird noise the night before I needed to drive back to Canada. Called that night and brought the car in at 8 am the next morning for what turned out to be a plastic piece that needed to be secured. In and out in less than 15 minutes and happily on my way -- he didn't even charge me anything despite laying down in the dirt to get up under the bumper! I had to insist on at least giving $20. The real deal. I will recommend to all I know in the area.”
