“So ima start off saying “SUPER FAST!”First of all few weeks prior of me coming here I went somewhere else and they gave me a price of $260 to fix my exhaust leak. I waited and kept searching and found Fuccellos. I went by their reviews, called and didn’t even have to schedule.They looked at my car, told me the problem and said $115 to fix my exhaust leak, I said let’s do it! It only took them about 15-20 mins to fix it. I recommend this to anyone. (Feb 2024)”

“I have a 2014 Audi Q5. Let me just say that for years I told myself that I would never buy an Audi. Just because, I feel like you either love or hate an Audi. From the day I decided to purchase my Q5 I have fell in love with the my SUV! With that being said probably over the past 6-8 months I have experienced check engine light on, misfiring, rough starts, fast unintentional exceleration, rough idling. Also if I drove my car for about an half hour and turned off the engine. When I go to restart my car it would not turn over and last but not least I was losing power. So, I have been to two non-Audi mechanics. A few tweaks later same problem exist. Taken her to Audi for a diagnostic and was told I need to have the injectors replaced, timing chain, carbon cleaning. For a total cost of 6500.00. I was at my wits end with the problem just getting worse. One day during my travels. I was detoured down First ave in Hamilton and I literally stumbled upon European Motorworks. Instantly, I take to Google to begin reading the review and nothing but good things I'm reading. I finally decided to take me car in to be diagnosed. I pull up and there are already about three people waiting to drop their cars off. Good feeling so far! I walk up to Alex the owner and tell him a little bit about what's going and and he told me to pull her in and he would take a look. No hesitation!! After getting all of the error codes he begins to triage and comes up with a place to start for fixing my car. Alex takes the time to explain his process and what would be the best effective plan with out breaking the bank. I schedule to bring my car back a week later today. Long story short! MY BABY IS FIXED!!!! Alex was thorough provided video and walked me through each step of everything he did. No check engine light and she is driving like a dream!! Alex is a Godsend and he has gained a loyal customer for life!!! Anyone who has an Audi and has hit a brick wall and not sure where to turn. “I found Sergio shop on Google. My car was misfiring. I happen to be about a mile away and I was able to drive there. I called in and they were able to get me in at 2 PM on a Friday. Long story short. He ended up getting the part that was needed to fix my misfire and had me in and out within 2 hours. I was very shocked, but also very impressed. I recommend Sergio’s auto repair to anybody that is located in this area or anybody in general that’s willing to drive there. These guys are very professional and very fast without them. I would’ve been stranded. Thanks again.”

“Shortly after moving area I got a car. Car was making a strang sound. My friends recommend this places and I checked it out.When I first went, I want to get things fix that the prior told me need repairs . But Bill took one look at my car and said we are not going to fix anything on it unless it needs to keep it running so I can get to work. (My car is 20 yrs old).Upon the last trip here car was acting strange. And Bill said no more. This car is not safe to drive anymore and it would cost more than it's worth.These guys are honest people who treat people kind and like if there family. “BIG TIRES NO PROBLEM!American Tires made me love driving my lifted truck with a perfect wheel balancing on my 42”x14” large tires. No one in the area could balance these tires so i had to try balance beads and centramatic balancing discs and they help but still couldn’t get them balanced. Then i found American Tire and they said they balance big tires a lot for trailer and race cars so i had great hope that even if its not perfect but better then what I’m dealing with now, i will appreciate any improvement. So they open at 7:00 AM and i got there by 7:15 and they already had people waiting to get there cars fix so i figured they will take my truck by 8:00 but to my surprise they took my truck before 7:30 and it felt like I was at the doctors office waiting for my love one being worked on lol because they would come to the waiting room and update me as the truck was being worked on which was so refreshing because I never got that at any other shops. The first time they came out and told me the first wheel they completed that they balanced to 0 which means a perfect balance so i was so happy to hear that because I didn’t think they would be able to get a perfect balance but at least improve what i have so i was so happy to hear they got one perfectly balanced so my day was off to a good start. Then they came out again and said they are on the last wheel and all seems to be balancing out at 0 and i couldn’t believe they was getting all wheels to a 0 balance because i had one wheel that was really bad that it hopped when speed is up over 50mph so i figured i will need to replace that rim but to my surprise they perfectly balanced that one too! And after the tech ask me to call him with a update after i take it for a ride because he cared about the out come of his work so i took it on the highway after leaving the shop and i was in heaven! This lifted truck drive like a Cadillac smooth no sakes no vibrations no hopping! This truck drive better than a stock truck now! And my gas mileage improved by 3 more mpg. I’m getting 18 mile per gallon on a lifted truck and now i love driving my truck like a daily driver because this truck drive so smooth Now that I can’t wait to drive it now when before it was just get it from point A to point B and don’t enjoy the ride. But now i love driving my truck now. Thanks to American Truck and staff. Thank you Jeff the tech that worked on my truck and the other techs how assist him.”
