Angie set me up with a family plan and was able to get me a rate at a discount of what T-Mobile was ridiculously offering me. Angie qualified me for multiple discounts and rebates for owning my own phones. Overall, it was a great experience working with someone as knowledgeable as Angie. Verizon can be very frustrating to deal with sometimes but this store made it so easy and seamless.”

“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”
