“This Verizon Store has been a life saver for me. Reshma goes above and beyond to help her customers. I originally went to a Verizon store in Grand Central and the rep there completely screwed up my account. She signed me up for a bunch of addons on all my phone lines (Hulu and mobile hotspots) where each addon cost me $10 a month. I was about to cancel my Verizon service, but luckily I went to this Verizon store and Reshma helped solve all my problems. She worked with a Verizon rep on the phone for over an hour!! It really shows that she cares.”

The packaging was done very nicely and the GPU I got looks like is in mint condition, nothing beat up. I installed and powered up and everything seems to be working as it should. I like the fact that this store put a pamphlet expressing their thank you for my business and I really appreciate that. Also their interested in me writing my personal review. “Ben is the Manager. Sits right by the window. Knowledgeable, confident and goes extra mile. Before we bought the phone my wife (att at that point) had iPhone issues before jumping on a plane. She stopped by and Ben spent time fixing it with a three finger special restart swipe. Didn’t have time to change to Verizon.After about 6 months we stopped by given promotion from Verizon. He gave us red carpet service. Swapped out phones, put a glass cover and ended up making all of us very happy.Also, while we were there multiple neighborhood older folks were walking down the street, waving and just stopping by to say hi.Truly valued part of community and I was impressed that there were still these types of stores in existence.Thanks Ben!”
