“Last night, I was supposed to have my Walmart grocery order delivered by 6pm. I get a notification at 5:51pm that my order was on it's way, at 5:55 I get a notification my order was delivered but it wasn't. I give it a few minutes and finally call Walmart pick up and delivery and I'm told my order was delivered to the wrong house. I was not happy at all. The associate who answered the phone didn't seem to know the answers and said they could refund my money. I said I don't want that, I want my groceries. To spare you the whole story, I finally gave my number so they could call me to tell how I would get my groceries. About 10 minutes later, Stacy (and I'm sorry if I spelled this wrong), the manager of delivery and pick up called me and said they were working on reshopping for my order and they would have it delivered that night. About 7:40pm she called again to say the car was on it's way to pick up my order and deliver it. Sometime between 8:30 and 9 last night with terrible rain and in the dark, Stacy herself was delivering my order! I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and how far she went to make sure I was a happy customer. You really don't find many people like that anymore but she is proof there are people still out there like that and it just makes me happy. Thank you Stacy! I really do appreciate you and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!”

“I would give 6 stars if I could. I went to their other location, which was closed due to an emergency, but I called the # anyway. The gentleman answered right away and was very polite. He asked me to head to this location for service. I had a pretty severely broken screen whereas it was indented/pushed in and cracked. The guy looked at it and said he could fix it on the spot, because it was a bit slow, and at a VERY good price. I only waited 15 mins and he had it done. Works perfect. Very nice guy. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs an iPhone repaired!”

“I had been sitting on a broken Xbox one s with a broken hdmi port for quite a long time when I happened to find the quick fix shop. I thought at first they only repaired cell phones but was overjoyed when I found out they repair gaming consoles too. The guys at the shop repaired it in such a timely matter. I was so happy to bring it home and power it back up again and it worked. I then had a software issue where the xbox wouldn't update. I tried everything I could on my own to get it to update to no avail. I called quick fix back up and they said to bring it in, they can fix it. I was so happy because my only other option was to send it to Microsoft for repair. The guys at the shop really helped me out and were so pleasant and friendly. They even were able to help me price out some prices for other repairs to electronics I have with no pressure at all. Highly recommend quick fix.”

“I visited this location in the mall after purchasing my iPhone at the Apple Store. Apple for some reason was unable to help me set up my phone via the QR scan that they usually do. They sent me off without a working phone, so I visited this location and thankfully I was helped by two workers by the name of Dimitri( i for sure spelled that wrong) and Michelle. They helped guide me through all the possible steps so I could transfer my service onto my new phone so shout out to them they are so real!”

“Sean was an absolute delight. I was sent into store on 11/5/23 after going to uBreakiFix for an insurance claim (showed up slightly annoyed at the run around I received from uBreakiFix and ascurion) but nonetheless ended up needing a new phone. Sean helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data over to the new one. The transfer and purchase took maybe an hour or two in store but he made that time to be such a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just had great energy! He clearly enjoys what he does and the company he works for. 10/10 service and he most certainly deserves recognition for that! I don’t often need a new cell phone or technology device but I’ll be sure to go back to this location and work with Sean when the time comes!”

“I purchased a new Apple watch through AT&T on-line store but the order was wrong and despite several hours on phone with AT&T rep there wasn’t any resolution to problem. so we had to go to store on kings highway / white horse pike to have it straightened out. My husband and I were met by store associates, Monica and Anthony who ended up saving the day. They were able to provide 100% customer satisfaction having worked quite hard to fix the problem that originated from the on-line store. Their service was exceptional. While there we also decided to purchase / trade in for new Iphones and an additional Apple watch for my husband. We had to spend quite some time at store but we did get great service without any subsequent issues.”

“First time in this AT&T store this afternoon and the store manager Mike walked in at the same time as I did and immediately asked how he could help me!I think had just come back from a break or something and it was a pleasant surprise.I had a problem with the IMEI# on the new phone not registering on my account (just the old one) and was told by a rep at the 1-800 AT&T # that I HAD to go into the store. Mike fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and helpful. I even decided to upgrade my paid off tablet to a new one and that was done in a flash too! This location is a LOT closer to where I live, so no need to go to Sicklerville or up to Route 73 in Voorhees anymore, especially NOW with the crazed weekend Christmas shoppers! That's a win!”
