“First time in this AT&T store this afternoon and the store manager Mike walked in at the same time as I did and immediately asked how he could help me!I think had just come back from a break or something and it was a pleasant surprise.I had a problem with the IMEI# on the new phone not registering on my account (just the old one) and was told by a rep at the 1-800 AT&T # that I HAD to go into the store. Mike fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and helpful. I even decided to upgrade my paid off tablet to a new one and that was done in a flash too! This location is a LOT closer to where I live, so no need to go to Sicklerville or up to Route 73 in Voorhees anymore, especially NOW with the crazed weekend Christmas shoppers! That's a win!”

They spent so much time helping me get it all straightened out and did it with smiles on their faces. “I just have to say how AMAZING Rebecca is. I am came in the store this afternoon and the store was rather busy. Rebecca took multitasking to a whole new level. She was working with 3 customers at the same time and apologized for the wait. I was having issues with my watch connecting with my phone. She tried to connect it several times and it wouldn't work. She finally called in to Tmobile and was doing all of this while working with other customers. Finally she figured out that my watch was connected to 2 numbers. She did a reset on my watch and finally it was fixed. She made a point to not let me out of the store until she called my phone to make sure my watch was truly connected. She is the best! THANK YOU REBECCA!”
