“First time in this AT&T store this afternoon and the store manager Mike walked in at the same time as I did and immediately asked how he could help me!I think had just come back from a break or something and it was a pleasant surprise.I had a problem with the IMEI# on the new phone not registering on my account (just the old one) and was told by a rep at the 1-800 AT&T # that I HAD to go into the store. Mike fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and helpful. I even decided to upgrade my paid off tablet to a new one and that was done in a flash too! This location is a LOT closer to where I live, so no need to go to Sicklerville or up to Route 73 in Voorhees anymore, especially NOW with the crazed weekend Christmas shoppers! That's a win!”

“I would give 6 stars if I could. I went to their other location, which was closed due to an emergency, but I called the # anyway. The gentleman answered right away and was very polite. He asked me to head to this location for service. I had a pretty severely broken screen whereas it was indented/pushed in and cracked. The guy looked at it and said he could fix it on the spot, because it was a bit slow, and at a VERY good price. I only waited 15 mins and he had it done. Works perfect. Very nice guy. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs an iPhone repaired!”

“Ok, I should never have been making a call to UBREAKIFIX. So, this visit and the dollars going onto my credit card bill are on me. There are businesses that you look forward to visiting but cell phone repair venues well ... you just hope they know what they are doing, are able to complete their work timely, and perhaps have prices below the price you think they are going to charge. From my very first telephone call to UBREAKIFIX in Glassboro New Jersey through my saying goodbye as I walked out with my repaired cell phone I received nothing but superb, friendly, and professional service from the staff at this repair outlet. I should mention that they are a Google authorized repair shop, which is good news because if they weren't around I'd have to ship my phone to Google and wait for them to ship back to me. So I was doing a happy dance right from the beginning and if you've seen me do a happy dance well you won't find it on TikTok. The shop itself gives the appearance of professionalism It's clean It almost reminds me of an optician's office. Although you cannot see the workshop you just feel comfortable and leaving your phone or tablet with their team. They gave me an estimate on time and the job was completed in less than their estimate. Can't beat that! And, As I type this review on my now repaired cell phone I could swear that the screen is clearer and easier to use than the original one that came with the phone. Of course that original screen went to the cement as I fell in a careless pile of my body Just because I thought I knew where the steps were and there really wasn't the step there so bam! Finally, the cost was much less than I expected. My daughter had cracked her cell phone and she gave me the estimate for repairs. I walked away with more money available to be on my credit card than I expected and that made me one happy boy! So, now I'm backed into the texting world and my cell phone is going every second of every day but if you happen to crack your screen and your anywhere in South Jersey I could not recommend a better place for your repair work to get done than this shop!”

“I went to the AT&T store in Deptford, NJ, just across from the mall to see about an upgrade from my iPhone 8Plus. As soon as I walked in Kevin the assistant store manager greeted me right away I explained my upgrade needs and he took it from there!Kevin was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a great customer service! As a retired Marine he made sure I received the discounts I earned - even being a AAA member got me a discount - as well as the retired ID card cause I didn’t have a copy of my DD-214 which not many of us retired military may not carry around with them but I will have in my car from now on. Overall I received SUPERB customer service from Kevin who from the moment I walked in treated me with respect, that I was important! “I purchased a new Apple watch through AT&T on-line store but the order was wrong and despite several hours on phone with AT&T rep there wasn’t any resolution to problem. so we had to go to store on kings highway / white horse pike to have it straightened out. My husband and I were met by store associates, Monica and Anthony who ended up saving the day. They were able to provide 100% customer satisfaction having worked quite hard to fix the problem that originated from the on-line store. Their service was exceptional. While there we also decided to purchase / trade in for new Iphones and an additional Apple watch for my husband. We had to spend quite some time at store but we did get great service without any subsequent issues.”

“I visited this location in the mall after purchasing my iPhone at the Apple Store. Apple for some reason was unable to help me set up my phone via the QR scan that they usually do. They sent me off without a working phone, so I visited this location and thankfully I was helped by two workers by the name of Dimitri( i for sure spelled that wrong) and Michelle. They helped guide me through all the possible steps so I could transfer my service onto my new phone so shout out to them they are so real!”
