He was working by himself and serviced both of us equally. Close attention to detail to both of us! He knew his product! I thought my iCloud storage being full, had something to do with the amount of gigs my phone had and he explained in detail the difference between gigabytes and iCloud which prevented me from purchasing a higher gig phone that I did not necessarily need! He took his time explaining the fast chargers, needed for the different phones etc… I was happy with everything and I was on my lunch break and still had 20 minutes to spare to get back to the job and to eat.

“So, my daughter's phone broke today and this was the 2nd location we traveled to. We were super satisfied with Stan's customer service skills! I had just had a horrible experience at the Deptford Boost Mobile location. So happy I decided to come to the Sicklerville location. Although, Stan was alone and super busy with other customers; he was able to multitask and ensure everyone was properly greeted and tooken care of in a timely manner. You should most definitely come to this location with all your Boost Mobile needs. Ask for Stan! Tell them I sent you! ? lol”

“I had been sitting on a broken Xbox one s with a broken hdmi port for quite a long time when I happened to find the quick fix shop. I thought at first they only repaired cell phones but was overjoyed when I found out they repair gaming consoles too. The guys at the shop repaired it in such a timely matter. I was so happy to bring it home and power it back up again and it worked. I then had a software issue where the xbox wouldn't update. I tried everything I could on my own to get it to update to no avail. I called quick fix back up and they said to bring it in, they can fix it. I was so happy because my only other option was to send it to Microsoft for repair. The guys at the shop really helped me out and were so pleasant and friendly. They even were able to help me price out some prices for other repairs to electronics I have with no pressure at all. Highly recommend quick fix.”
“I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.”

These 2 men, Kenneth and Albert are the BEST at customer service and very knowledgeable of Tmobile. They sure deserve a bonus or raise. Im an older woman and was ready for bad experience but this Marlton store with Kenneth and Albert changed my experience for the better. I again can't thank them enough.”
