On line pick up is a waste of time. They left me a message to pick things up by a certain day and I lost an hour of my unsuccessfully trying to get it. You can't call Bloomingdale's in person to complain so you might as well go onto social media to do so indirectly.

Being the closes Bloomingdale's near me, this is my go to location. They have great customer service, a great variety of brands and always have a full floor of items. It's never too crowded and sale associates are always available to assist you.

Management is horrible hr doesn't care. And no good help !!! People they hired as seasonal help are trailer trash mannerisms!! What a shame !! Most good help that were there is gone !!!!
