“Macy's! Macy's! The instant you walk in the smell of perfume hits you, amazing. The employee at the jewelry didn't seem like they wanted to help me. I waited for 30 minutes before getting help. My husband was getting me a diamond necklace for birthday. He's card declined, make a guess what the employee asked say: Do we have money on the card? Unbelievable, we put security on a card, we forgot that we had it. So we tried a debt card and it still didn't work. I told her something was wrong with the machine and she said no. We just walked out.”

“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”

“Great store great prices even cooler staff we went shopping here about a week ago and unfortunately my wife lost one of her gold hoop earrings. The staff was great on trying to retrieve it and helping to look and even called me a couple of times during the week to let me know that it’s still had not turned up, but that they were going to do some restocking of shelves and moving stock around in the store so I thought it was great that the manager and even the employees helped out to look for the earring even though it didn’t turn up they were great. The store looks good. The prices are even better and I would recommend anyone. and everyone to take a look and find something unique and you might even find something that you didn’t even know they had great job guys kudos to you!!!”

They probably have what you're looking for if you're just going regular old clothing shopping, probably not the place for you if you rock street-wear or anything of that nature but they have some hidden gems so id look just in case ;)”

“Some clearance prices are so cheap it should be criminal. All staff except for one were amazing. The elderly lady in the jewelry section was huffing and puffing when I was looking at pieces with my little one. She made it clear she was annoyed by our presence and hovered a bit. I didn't care for her tone when she addressed my daughter. She was moving the shopping cart closer to me and this lady rudely asked her where she was going with that. Guess I'll avoid the Tiffany's section from here on out.”

“This location has their clearance separated which is super weird. It was kinda hard to see everything on clearance at the buy 1 get 2 free since it was a bit all over the place. The store is a great size! The staff was super nice but I didn't like that I had to ask for the normal tissue paper in my bag. I dont want to carry intimates around the mall where anyone can see them. Maybe that's just me.”

This JC penny had a very kind woman named annamary and I am so grateful for people like her with expertise. She helped solve my issue within minutes and was also very friendly while doing it. I did not want to shop at JC penny after the other rude encounter but she changed my mind. Daquan the 1st in customer service also assisted me and I am very happy with the help of everyone.”

“I visited boxed lunch at the willowbrook mall to see what is was about as my kids and I do like anime and comic things. The store did have some pretty cool things all based on such genres. From unique things like themed toasters that make batman toast to the usual shirts, stuff animals and other goods. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly and that is always a huge plus in my book. So if you have such interest, I'd recommend a visit.”
