“I used Raj with signs by tomorrow for my new business sign! I highly recommend using him and his great company. I not only got a large sign for the front of my store but I also got additional signage made for the side of the building. I sent him some ideas of what I wanted on the sign and he executed my vision perfectly. And he did it all quick and efficiently no waiting weeks or months for approval from the town. “I’ve been using this location almost daily because the local post office service is awful and an increasing number of vendors won’t ship to a PO box. This UPS Store is faster, friendlier and far more convenient. Great owners and staff and I’m able to ship and receive anything at this location. The cost of a mailbox is less than what the post office was charging me and there’s no contract. I get text message alerts as soon as mail or packages arrive and I don’t have to worry about my packages being stolen from my front door.”

“Had a great customer service experience in Madison. Cashier (may have remembered the name wrong, perhaps David? Cashier 1071953) helped us with selection, price-matched with online staples price, brought the office chair to us, and to the car. When I first was looking for help, found him re-stocking the refrigerator with beverages. He basically runs around doing a one-man show with a smile. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the people behind service desks. Can’t believe a guy with a blank expression on his face was texting on his phone the whole time, while a single cashier with a line of customers is also running to the back to get heavy merchandise.”

“This UPS is the best it gets. They have a self service kiosk that allows people who don't need help to skip the line, and the staff are super friendly. I had a high value package that I wasn't home to sign off on. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that I missed it, but Sam and Shaun were helpful when I called and tracked down the package so I knew exactly when I could come to the store to pick it up. Post offices aren't always the most fun place to be, but this UPS helps you get in and out while providing excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“I worked with Mike from Accent over several days to produce duplicates of an odd-sized paper copy of a genealogical family tree dating back to 1772. My father had recently passed, and we discovered this paper map of our family lineage, which was a genuine treasure, but we struggled to find someone who could make copies for distribution to all the siblings and grandchildren. Most shops wanted an electronic file to start, and would not work with a paper original. Mike was respectful, attentive, responsive and informative - we quickly formed a great working relationship. The result is a joy, a dozen beautiful copies for all in the family. It wasn't a very big job, but I was treated as if it was an important job, and of course it was to me. Given my experience, I would recommend Accent without hesitation to family and friends.”

“From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”
