“Asad and Ahsan helped me a lot with a notary and a few parcels which needed to be delivered in due time, in which they relieved my worries. The gentlemen were also dealing with a rude customer before me, yet maintained professionalism and consistency in being kind to other customers. “I’ve been using this location almost daily because the local post office service is awful and an increasing number of vendors won’t ship to a PO box. This UPS Store is faster, friendlier and far more convenient. Great owners and staff and I’m able to ship and receive anything at this location. The cost of a mailbox is less than what the post office was charging me and there’s no contract. I get text message alerts as soon as mail or packages arrive and I don’t have to worry about my packages being stolen from my front door.”

“This UPS is the best it gets. They have a self service kiosk that allows people who don't need help to skip the line, and the staff are super friendly. I had a high value package that I wasn't home to sign off on. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that I missed it, but Sam and Shaun were helpful when I called and tracked down the package so I knew exactly when I could come to the store to pick it up. Post offices aren't always the most fun place to be, but this UPS helps you get in and out while providing excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”

“I've wondered about the reviews for this UPS in Madison & I sense that the beginner/infrequent shippers seem to like the service [including me] & people who are apart of the older demographic also like the service. Methinks (also!) that folks who are familiar with some other kind of shipping service (likely) a more convenient shipping service (perhaps?) mislike the service provided here. Juxtaposed to the service I received in Shanghai [China!] the shipping whatnot here is a joke, but juxtaposed to the service I received in France the service is fantastic. I'll add positive or negative marks to this review depending if my newest ISSUE is resolved properly or if I receive quality advice or whatnot. My problem is that I lost my tracking number & an eBay customer is requesting their tracking number because the order is seemingly not arriving. I did ship two orders that day. It would be a bother if the packages were switched; albeit, at the time I checked the addresses for each product and they looked correct.”

“We renewed a passport for my daughter and made a new one for my son across two appointments. The staff at this post office was absolutely amazing. We were late once and forgot a document once and both times they helped us work through our issues and found time to squeeze us in between other appointments. Of course we had to wait for a gap between customers but that’s totally understandable. The other customers being helped for packages and stamps etc also seemed pretty content with their experience.I wish we lived in Chatham (we are over in the next town) so I could use this post office more often:)”
