“I've been with this bank since they were Fleet Bank, over 20 years now and I have no major complaints. The tellers are necessary for certain transactions so it makes perfect sense to me (as opposed to the previous reviewer) and I am thankful that they are always friendly and very efficient. If I need to make a same day appointment I can do that online and then come in at the scheduled time or just do it as a walk in and I am taken care of quickly. The 2nd drive thru window is great as well, cuts down on the wait. What I don't like is the need to put in the card and pin over and over again when doing more than one transaction at the ATM, that is frustrating and wastes time. But I think other banks may have similar systems. Overall this is a great bank.”

They had their lollipop holders Clock full of bright pink lollies a couple days early for breast cancer awareness month, and the teller was quick, communicative and friendly :)”

I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. “Tim the manager at this branch is a remarkable leader, an example for all retail branches around on how to listen with empathy and advise without selling or pushing an agenda. The tellers here are well trained and courteous, can't say they are remarkable, they get the job done. But the leaders here really do a great job managing higher level questions and concerns, that's all I can really ask for, someone to be accountable when issues arise or questions need answering. Ingress options need to be expanded without jumping curbs or barriers, I do enjoy parkour but don't know if my body can keep up in the coming decades.”
