“I've been with this bank since they were Fleet Bank, over 20 years now and I have no major complaints. The tellers are necessary for certain transactions so it makes perfect sense to me (as opposed to the previous reviewer) and I am thankful that they are always friendly and very efficient. If I need to make a same day appointment I can do that online and then come in at the scheduled time or just do it as a walk in and I am taken care of quickly. The 2nd drive thru window is great as well, cuts down on the wait. What I don't like is the need to put in the card and pin over and over again when doing more than one transaction at the ATM, that is frustrating and wastes time. But I think other banks may have similar systems. Overall this is a great bank.”

They had their lollipop holders Clock full of bright pink lollies a couple days early for breast cancer awareness month, and the teller was quick, communicative and friendly :)”
“I had a great experience at Chase bank in Suffern downtown. Carmen helped solve a problem one of my employee's was having with the bank. She was very patient and solved what was a huge worry to him. Carmen was excellent to deal with. I highly recommend and thank her for her time.”

“This Wells Fargo (At 1 Johnson Ave, Hackensack, NJ) has the most professional team ever. I am always greeted by a team member or even the manager with a very warm welcome when I walk in. They always take care of my banking needs and explain to me everything they're doing every step of the way. I trust them and respect them a lot. Recently I referred a few of my friends and they love this branch just as much as I do.”

I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day! “The contractor we hired recommended Kuiken as we are from out of town and had no idea where to go in Jersey! So we ventured out to the factory/showroom early Saturday morning (be mindful of their half day Saturday schedule) and were very pleased with our visit! The showroom has everything you would want, from upclose samples to detailed installation examples. Everything you would need to see to get a real idea of what you were working with. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are quick to respond to calls and emails. We parked just around the driveway where the storage was and got to see the back of house which is always exciting! They keep everything very well organized and clean which is a huge plus in my book. Even the guys in the back were nice. We received our molding at the end of last week and they were in constant contact with us and delivery was on time and a smooth process (which is a serious blessing for anyone who knows how this can go). Im a fan of Kuiken! Already told a few friends who are also renovating in Jersey to look them up!”
