“Spectacular service at both the parts counter and repair shop. They find parts dealers won't even bother finding for you. When a part is on backorder/discontinued/not in stock, instead of telling you they cannot get it and hang up on you they do everything in their power to find you that part. Their service is also quite fast regarding turn around times for private customers, which is unexpected to most because they are usually backed up with mostly municipal service. I also found out this is a family owned business that has been in business since the 70s, which probably contributes to why they genuinely want to help you. They will also negotiate with you; if you are on a budget they will both work with you and give you the best price they possibly can, or they will offer you an aftermarket version of the part that you need if you are trying to save money. I will never go anywhere else I much rather spend/give my money to them rather than some of these unhelpful, rude, snake dealers.The 5 Star rating speaks for itself, I've used these guys for decades and I have read all of the negative reviews that they have (which is minimal as it is). If you look at the google accounts of these people leaving those you will see they are the kind of people that leave one star at a Taco Bell, and anywhere else that they go where things don't go their way. To me it is ridiculous that people can leave dishonest reviews and hide behind a screen. It is very unfortunate because these guys do not deserve some of the reviews I have read on here, they are straight up lies!Services: Oil change”

“I have used purchased tires and rims from Momentum 2 or 3 times now, and 6 or 7 times now for changing rims and tires, mounting/balancing and things of that nature, and use the mobile service. They always do a great job and are on time if not early. I highly recommend!”
“U went to get a diagnostic because i didn't know why my car was making a lot of noise whilst driving. The mechanic, angel, performed an excellent diagnostic and informed me that it was an issue with the water pump and that i needed two new front tires. He changed the water pump and i changed the tires and the noise vanished. The car is great and i kept his card for recommendations. Good service.”

(And the odds of finding a reputable mechanic are akin to getting struck by lightning while hitting the lottery while witnessing Halley's Comet.)But friends and family, whose opinions I value, kept mentioning TJA so I called one Monday, dropped it off that Friday morning and was driving it home Friday night at dinnertime.The shop (just a stone's throw from a really busy intersection) might not be much to look at but you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place in town.Ridiculously decent parts and labor costs.Everyone I dealt with couldn't have been nicer to explain what's going on and the owner being really clear about what needs to be done, what wasn't as urgent to be replaced/fixed, etc.It's been a long while since my car has felt this smooth while on the road (especially when you're living in Jersey - the Pothole Capital of America) and both myself and my wallet are happy we came here.(Will my Honda really be able to make it to 300K miles like the owner said? “I had a good experience at Citi tires.I purchased two new tires and 1 used, all reasonably priced. Desiree was very nice, good customer service skills.She assisted me with the quote over the phone earlier today. I was pleased with the quote. I would return again. The only draw back is there’s no true place to wait. I sat on a cushy soft bar stool inside the store. But would have liked more space/room separate from the walk in’s . Also, they charge a $3 per tire fee if you don’t take ur tire with u. The other fee $1.50. I did not see that fee displayed or posted in the store. I was so happy that I saved $$ I didn’t complain. However, as a former auditor I would have like to see the fee outlined, discussed or disclosed as an itemized item before signing the credit card.I believe they do good business and would refer them to fam y friends.”
