He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. “They did an amazing job on two repairs to my Tesla Model S. One was a bad scratch on the front bumper, the other was a deep dent? (imagine if someone took a screwdriver and starting screwing the center of your back bumper in). In both locations it looks like absolutely nothing happened!! “Excellent experience with the entire staff. From the owner, to the office manager to the head tech everyone was professional, prompt, and excellent in their service. I came in for a minor frame repair, and got a fair estimate. The final cost came in under the quote, and they did all the little extras that make the difference like using better screws than OEM, and liberally applying frame protection all around the job site, and related areas.
