Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. She is full of arthritis from her neck to her feet and has spinal stenosis.My first salesman was wonderful, very patient an accommodating and we thought she found the perfect mattress.
