She's got a keen eye for quality stuff and it's just fun to walk around and check out all of the interesting and eclectic stuff she finds. Her staff is so friendly and helpful. They shlepped a piano we bought from her all the way around the back yard, in through the patio door because it wouldn't fit through the front door. They really didn't have to do that. No one was following me to get my business. From purchase to delivery, it was the best experience. Price is also right. In double checking with name brands, the price was exact as the Bedding Shoppe. “This establishment is now called Mattress Warehouse.I was leaving Ulta and decided to stop in as I had some free time for browsing. Upon walking in, I was impressed by the number of mattress models; I feel like all retailer stores have the bare minimum regarding selection nowadays. We were greeted and Felix was able to assist me in my search. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He didn't rush me, I tested out many mattresses and decided to leave the store with purchasing one. From the time he met us to the time I left, I felt like we were handled with stellar, professional customer service (dying trait nowadays). “Harry is the best salesman. He's so good I wanted to hire him! My 96 yr old mother needed a mattress and insisted on going with me to buy one. She is full of arthritis from her neck to her feet and has spinal stenosis.My first salesman was wonderful, very patient an accommodating and we thought she found the perfect mattress. That lasted 1 week.We were back in there tonight with another salesman, Harry, who must have had a 90 yr old mother. He couldn't have been nicer. He spent almost 2 hours with her until she was happy. “Had a dinning table that totally collapse from me standing on it to fix a light bulb. I had no hope of it being fixed because I tried bracing it with 2x4 wood pieces and that only held up for a month before collapsing againg.. I thought since the table was almost 20 years old and the wood was crumbling it couldn't be fixed. I called furniture masters and they came out the next day to assest the damage. They told me it could be fixed and would only take a week or 2 . Needless to say they did an incredible job. 100% Recommended them for anything wood related.”
