1) Because price is very reasonable. They will NEVER overcharge you. Will only charge what's truly reasonable, both for parts and labor.
2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.
3) Jack (owner) is a great person in general. Very humble and GREAT humor!

“Just picked up my car and am so pleased! I hit a blown tire on my way to NJ coming home from Maine to visit family, and my entire front end was messed up. Town 2 were so great throughout the entire process, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car towed up into the shop before the holiday weekend so I wouldn't be stuck without a car in NJ for more than I needed to. They called me with updates along the way (took about 2 weeks to fix because of all the parts that needed to be ordered, replaced, and then painting the new front bumper) and were very patient and kind. They finished the car earlier than the estimated finish date, which I am sooo happy about! Everyone was friendly when I picked up the car, and the car was washed and cleaner than when I left it with them. I am so grateful for the service provided and so glad my insurance company recommended Town 2! Recommending to all my friends and family who live in the area. Thank you so much!”

“Have had major work done by SAS Parts and Performance on my
air cooled 1957 Beck Speedster, which included major engine repair, installation of a Fi-Tech Fuel Injection System (after removal of my Weber Carbs), fine tuning of the Fi -Tech System, electrical upgrades, as well as custom fabrication of Lexan side windows with slide open/close inserts that replaced the 'floppy'
plastic windows the car came with and allowed me to control air
flow into the cabin. Their expertise in working on so many varied
areas of this custom car can only be described as extraordinary.
Steve and Anthony are master mechanics and master technicians, the likes of which I have never come across before in a private ownership shop.”

“Im a girl who doesnt know anything about cars! I walked in just knowing i may or may not need a new battery. Ryan brought out his machine to test my current battery and alternator-and let me know I needed a new battery. Leon right away said Im on it and grabbed the battery i chose and went to work. I expected to be there a long time-not the case! He was done in less than 15 minutes. They explained everything-in laymans terms was very nice and just cool people. I didnt feel lost or intimidated like I normally do when I go into a car parts store or mechanic. The manager also explained a deal to add on to my battery warranty which was super! I left there with a new battery with warranty and feeling safe on the road again! Entire staff is friendly and ready to help. Thanks guys!!!!”

“My car got messed up from roadside debris pretty badly my insurance recommended this shop. They did a fantastic job I got all new parts and the paint job was done well, furthermore, the parts were placed symmetrically when they reassembled my vehicle. They also completed everything within 10 days which was exceptionally fast from my experience with auto body shops. But I drive a 2019 mustang gt, so car parts aren’t that rare. That being said the job was done very fast and well and I was very satisfied with everything. Additionally the front desk ladies are great and texted me almost everyday and kept me updated on every step of the process.”
