They seem to have everything we were looking for at the correct price we were looking to spend. When we arrived, the car was ready for us spotless, full tank of gas. The gentleman that helped us was attentive, friendly, and informative. When we returned the car, they inspected it, so everything perfect and we were on our way”

“Well, I chalk it up to the pressures of moving! I could swear that I did remote check-in to expedite my check out when I rented my vehicle. Michelle, after hearing my somewhat short responses to her questions, handled me with the other professionalism, courtesy, and was able to get me registered and out the door in less than 7 minutes. Her professionalism was outstanding and I highly recommend that when you need a local U-Haul to rent a vehicle, make sure you give this facility a call. Michelle was amazing and a great representation has to what customer service should be.”

“?? So easy to rent a van, pickup truck or truck. Did my reservation online and had the option to check in/out using my phone. It was great. The only thing I would say, would be that what you're renting could definitely use a quick user guide. I'm talking about where you can find the basic functions, such as turning on and off the headlights, adjusting interior lighting. That is the one star I took off.”

“So happily shocked to find a mid-size SUV for same-day rental til next morning, for under $57 -total-, unlimited mileage! For me, this quickly & easily solved an unexpected problem. No surprise fees, nothing added on at the end, and great service. I will be back. Thank you!!One star deducted only for:- *Be aware (I don't think online reservation stated) you can't leave your own car there* while you're using the rental; so you'll need to get a ride there. Overnight parking is the only further amenity I could wish for.§ (I wonder - could they not rent or purchase, & pave to connect, the small parking lot section directly behind the Avis - part of, but farthest from, the very vacant former-Kmart, next door at 857 17-South - & as an amenity, would that generate enough in overnight or weekly parking fees to cover the cost? My 2¢.)- Also, vehicle indicated needing oil change at pickup; but no issues.”

Called for help in booking a cargo van after the Budget (the one time I used Budget—never again) rental failed me with a confirm and then no van at pickup.Desperately, I call U-haul, he also didn’t have a cargo avail- after all it’s the day off pickup and I need it asap. BUT immediately suggests to scout what’s available from local dealers.In less than 5 minutes, I’m booked it and we pivot. It was already a stressful moving day and what a relief.Btw, he had a truck but larger ..BUT didn’t leave me hanging or pressure me into something I didn’t need. 5 start customer serviceHonest, Fast, Problem Solvers—Just what you need when things go wrong and you’re in a pinch!”

After experiencing a rough few days with my whole family getting sick and my vehicle breaking down on the way to RI right after Christmas, this location was beyond exceptional with helping me out and getting me on my way. I forgot to get the gentleman's name that assisted me but he was patient, kind, and understanding even though I felt like I was through hell and back. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area even if it's just to say hello. They truly set the the example of what customer service is.”
