As a result, I had the opportunity to go to the Ramsey location.The staff is always super friendly, the space is very clean and very pleasant. There's a beautiful lobby that makes you feel like your "stuff" in in a nice place. I would highly recommend.”

“I walked in thinking that this was about to be a long boring hassle of questions and sign up.But Ive never been so happy to be wrong!Joe and Wanda were both so personable and fun to be around!Joe was so incredibly helpful! From the start, Jamie worked with us on scheduling and our estimate. When the team arrived, they did not disappoint. They got right to work, and handled our items with care. We expected our move to be a very stressful experience but Peter Ferraro and Sons made it feel like a breeze. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.”
“Storage is fine but there's nothing beyond that. No bathrooms in the building, no trash area, no tables or hooks in the hallways, a long elevator code. Keep your stuff there but plan for convenience elsewhere.”

“Ms. Amanda Ripa, Assistant Store Manager at the 100 Snake Hill Road Extra Space Storage facility in West Nyack is a real treasure - a consummate professional with so much heart ! She calmly and confidently helped us navigate through the ‘system’ long distance, because we wanted to help a friend pay his monthly unit charge, in one of your CT facilities. She was friendly, helpful and patient, and tirelessly explored every possible avenue to assist us, and also reached out to the other storage space, in question. In short, she generously and kindly took time to cut through ‘red tape’ . In the end, we will have to drive to CT to help make his payment because he has to do some data updating, in person, but now the necessary steps are clearly understood, thanks to Ms. Ripa. We also inquired about renting space at the West Nyack facility and are very impressed at the cleanliness and security measures in place, and the strong sense of knowledge, expertise and compassionate authority that Ms. Ripa displays. Brava, Ms. Ripa!!”
“My experience at Life Storage GR was extremely positive. I originally reserved a 10x30 ft. unit online and upon check in the next day Antonio advised me about its smaller than standard door size (negotiating furniture through it would be challenging) and helped me swap it out for a 10x25 ft. unit with a standard door size which met my needs. He was very helpful in showing available unit options and in communicating the rental conditions.”
“This is our second time using A. Fazio as our movers. In our line of work, we move around a LOT. We have learned you need to hire a good company to move your things or you will pay later in damaged items, hidden costs, etc. It is important to note that our company also believes in A. Fazio, because it will accept bids from them over others. There is a LONG track record here to base that acceptance on.I cannot recommend A. Fazio any higher. Both of our moves with them have been nothing short of incredible. There was a good price, lots of communication, special care taken with our things and a lot of "bending over backwards" to provide the best service we have ever seen in a moving company.While unloading our storage unit today, we discovered our last movers (NOT A. Fazio- shame on us), had hidden damaged boxes in the back of the unit where we could not see them until we unloaded 4 month later! Of course, this is now way beyond the time to report an issue. Let it be said we DID already report 3 other issues with that company. ugh. Never again.But back to the pros. A. Fazio came prepared and treated our things like they were their personal property. They worked quickly and very efficiently to load everything from 2 separate locations into our truck. One of the workers was a "Tetris" master, as he packed our things securely for the long ride ahead. I tend to be a nervous guy about these kinds of things, but I will not worry about this trip at all.Thanks A. Fazio for your amazing work for us today.”

“Public storage in Fair Lawn is great …specially the rep Mark who I worked with on a few occasions. He couldn’t have been more helpful an willing to do whatever it took to get my account set up. He even helped me transfer to a different unit the other day and it couldn’t have been easier. Thanks again Mark for all your help, you do a great job. The facility itself Is very well maintained, and of the highest security, which helps when you are storing personal items that you want to know our safe and protected.I wish there was more parking and really hope monthly prices stay competitive.”

Later in the day, after 5 pm when the office was closed, I frantically needed a second storage unit because of the overflow the items that I had picked up. Chris Spallone, property manager at the front desk, came back to the office from his home to accommodate my needs. I felt terrible but also amazed how Chris went the full mile to help me. Also, the facility is very clean. I highly recommend The Lock Up! Great experience!!”
