The mechanic, angel, performed an excellent diagnostic and informed me that it was an issue with the water pump and that i needed two new front tires. He changed the water pump and i changed the tires and the noise vanished. The car is great and i kept his card for recommendations. Good service.”

“Their aren’t words for how great these guys are! Its hard planning a time during the week to go get my tires swapped when I work in NYC when my schedule always changes. I drove right over and these guys were done in less than an hour mounting and balancing my tires. If you have a large vehicle that most shops can’t lift go here! They had no problem with my F350. Great customer service, and very fair pricing! I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to Martinez Tires!”

“Spectacular service at both the parts counter and repair shop. They find parts dealers won't even bother finding for you. When a part is on backorder/discontinued/not in stock, instead of telling you they cannot get it and hang up on you they do everything in their power to find you that part. Their service is also quite fast regarding turn around times for private customers, which is unexpected to most because they are usually backed up with mostly municipal service. I also found out this is a family owned business that has been in business since the 70s, which probably contributes to why they genuinely want to help you. They will also negotiate with you; if you are on a budget they will both work with you and give you the best price they possibly can, or they will offer you an aftermarket version of the part that you need if you are trying to save money. I will never go anywhere else I much rather spend/give my money to them rather than some of these unhelpful, rude, snake dealers.The 5 Star rating speaks for itself, I've used these guys for decades and I have read all of the negative reviews that they have (which is minimal as it is). If you look at the google accounts of these people leaving those you will see they are the kind of people that leave one star at a Taco Bell, and anywhere else that they go where things don't go their way. To me it is ridiculous that people can leave dishonest reviews and hide behind a screen. It is very unfortunate because these guys do not deserve some of the reviews I have read on here, they are straight up lies!Services: Oil change”

“I've been going to West Shore Tires for around 25 years. The service is excellent and prices are comparable to anyone else in the area. To the people with frivolous complaints like the price of an oil change, do some research, the newer vehicles today use full synthetic oil which is much more expensive than the old conventional oil. Just do some research before you post ridiculous complaints.”

“I had a good experience at Citi tires.I purchased two new tires and 1 used, all reasonably priced. Desiree was very nice, good customer service skills.She assisted me with the quote over the phone earlier today. I was pleased with the quote. I would return again. The only draw back is there’s no true place to wait. I sat on a cushy soft bar stool inside the store. But would have liked more space/room separate from the walk in’s . Also, they charge a $3 per tire fee if you don’t take ur tire with u. The other fee $1.50. I did not see that fee displayed or posted in the store. I was so happy that I saved $$ I didn’t complain. However, as a former auditor I would have like to see the fee outlined, discussed or disclosed as an itemized item before signing the credit card.I believe they do good business and would refer them to fam y friends.”
