One of the best butchers that I have had the pleasure of going to. Prior to this, I didn't understand why having a go to butcher shop was important. They showed me why. Can't recommend them enough but it is truly a hidden gem in union.

Finally checked out the Union Pork Store! The reviews are all accurate. Vast selection of classics and exotic sausages and meats. Today there were two types of alligator ? sausages, duck ?, lobster, fish & wild boar In addition to the classic kielbasa, brats , hotdogs , bangers, bacon menu , homemade pickles ?, stuffers cabbage and a good selection of European dry goods. They also sell everything a real butcher ought to. Staff is friendly , knowledgeable and generous. They clearly love what they do and do it well. Oh ! Also homemade liverwurst and at least three varieties of head cheese. I’m sure I missed things but it’s worth a trip! ( many varieties also available frozen)

Since Kochers in Ridgefield Park closed I've been looking for a "real" German butcher and finally found it here. Their Weisswurst and Leberkase are awesome, everything is top notch.

Amazing!!! This place has an amazing selection of meats, sausage,cold cuts and European groceries. The premium marbled pork chops are the best I've ever eaten! Melt in your mouth. The selection of sausage.....all store made is unreal. The boudin blanc....the best I've had by far. Store made bacon and kielbasa is to die for! Check this place out. Open Thursday thru Saturday only. You can't be disappointed.
