Since Kochers in Ridgefield Park closed I've been looking for a "real" German butcher and finally found it here. Their Weisswurst and Leberkase are awesome, everything is top notch.

Union Pork Store is a classic, change nothing, great place to get great foods and steaks, well worth the 2 hour round trip drive to get great cultural foods.
