I had misplaced my key and all I thought was that I was going to be charged for cutting the lock an enormous amount and that I would have to wait a long time and fill out crazy paper work. But the person at the office just had me sign a release and purchase a new lock. I was in business in less than 10 minutes. Thanks”

“Made an online reservation for a truck, which was good because it was a popular day for moving and no trucks were left for walk-ins. Everything was fine and as expected with the truck, it did its job. We were able to grab a mattress cover bag too while there which we needed. Parking here is a little tight, no distinction between where cars park to pick up and where trucks park, running out of spots, but it's kinda inner city so I guess you work with the room you have”
