“I’ve been a customer at this particular location for over 12 years and have zero complaints about it. Staff has always been helpful and attentive(at times maybe too attentive as they give many courtesy reminders. Haha) and are always willing to help whether it be getting a different size unit or helping to try and figure out a way to cut cost. Amy has definitely helped in keeping me a customer of public storage even when I’ve considered doing away with it at times. After years of constantly acquiring things that I don’t necessarily want to part with I must say the storage unit does come in handy.”
