He was also from Jersey and he really put me at ease like immediately and I was kinda feisty at first because of my beginning dilemma ( ) ! I really was incredibly upset and this man spent 55 minutes of his time with me and talking me through my options after I had called Cenlar I don't know how many times over the same DANG mistake that wasn't MINE!!!!! And this time he picked up on like the second ring. It honestly was SUCH a pleasant experience I can't believe it !!! He was so beyond helpful.
