I would like to thank the young lady at teller window today. She could see I was having a problem with trying to download Valley app. I was on phone with customer service. She took care of everything in minutes. Great job thanks again ?

Misplaced my debit card so I went to the bank to see if I can replace it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kristen. Kristen was great helping me get another card. She also helped me set up my online banking. It all took no more than 15 minutes. Kristen was such a professional and has such a great smile. Thank you

Is it possible to give perhaps no stars?? Awful customer service, I don’t know if this is something about Valley National Bank or specific branches but they are just really bad. Their whole system online and in person is exhausting and slow process overall.Especially the customer service for their credit card oh lord don’t even get me started on how unprofessional, rude, ignorant not to mention how racist they are. They don’t be helping you at all! So disappointing.

Worst branch I have been to all the lazy people in one place.Teller is busy on the phone ATM eats my check during deposit manager tells me they can't do nothing till end of day when I deposited the check 2 days ago and they still did not deposit my check. Will be calling the valley directly.

Commendable customer oriented staff! Have been banking with them since they were called Great Falls Community Bank. They still act like a small town back and greet you and ask you if there's anything they can help you with as soon as you walk in. The managers are personable and easily approachable. Cheers!
