All the Drs are knowledgeable and explain situations with options so the average person can understand. My French bulldog was neutered a few weeks ago and his surgery and aftercare were incredible. “I've gone here 10x's now. Never a problem. Cost effective. And yes they are VERY busy, come prepared with your questions. They answered all my concerns. Pick up is best 1st thing in morning. They can't tend to your animal all day for you. Twice I was delayed and yes the animal goes in the cage. I came prepared with new mats and blankets which the helped me replace the dirty ones. My fault for the delay. That's why I stated to be there 1st thing in morning on pick up. Haven't had a problem since.”
