“Monday, 1/29/24, was an extremely difficult day for our family. We made the decision to have our sweet Reilly (half black Lab & half Bernese Mountain Dog) compassionately euthanized. She was suffering from inoperable cancer & her decline was swift. Although that decision is always heartbreaking, Reilly deserved to leave knowing we loved her beyond description & to leave with dignity & to have a peaceful transition. Furry Friends is a Godsend. The receptionist, the vets, the assistants are angels on earth. Their job is not easy, but they take every member of the family into consideration. This is the second time we counted on on Furry Friends. They explain the process. They do not rush you. They are so kind. We wish Reilly & all our pups could live long, healthy, fun lives. But when that time is coming to an end, Furry Friends is a comfort that we are thankful for.RIP Reilly Roo! Run with Big Leo, Layla & Maggie. See you on the other side.?”

“I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I feel this is needed. I love this office I have used them for some time and recommended many friends/family to come here. The doctors are incredible however the front desk staff has some of the worst attitudes. It’s such a turn off to spend hundreds, probably thousands of dollars at this point and have miserable people at the front desk. Thanks for taking the time to read. I do still recommend this vet highly.”

“My first time there. I brought our new Coonhound puppy Mia for a puppy checkup and vaccines.I heard they have great wellness plans. Even including spay and neutering that we definitely wanted to take advantage of.The staff and vet we saw were very knowledgeable and very nice. My puppy Mia, on the other hand, was a bit of a challenge.”

“The staff at Banfield are very pleasant and helpful. I love the both Drs I had at Petsmart at the Brick location. My dog Lizzie is dealing with UTI and a bladder stone. I’ve been giving her everything they advised. This past weekend I called Banfield (the one next to the FedEx ) in Brick because the other one is closed on the weekends. Since that’s not the one I usually go to. Lizzie has been having constant diahrea and at times throwing up. The Vet told me to call if it continued . So I did !!!They told me to go to the ER if I thought it was an emergency or wait till Monday when the one at Petsmart opened. Never received a call from the triage nurse. Needless to say I went to Northstar where they treated her and at least gave me advice, ultra sound to check to see if the stone dissolved and medication to help her feel better.”

“This is an unusual store because it has something other locations do not, corals for your Reef tank. In addition, they are priced right and every one that I have bought so far has not only survived, but thrived. Of course, the fish selection of saltwater specimens is not too shabby either. I was actually very surprised they have a deeply knowledgeable person who could name each coral by name and recommended something very specific to my need. Impressed for sure. This is a highly recommended store for any aquarist.”
