My 30 yr old watch hasn't worked for a long time! It means a lot to me. I asked them if it's possible to send away to manufacturer, they did!!!! No one else would... it's working and I am so thrilled ? Thank you❤️

The CSR were excellent, I went in too have them fix my necklace and before I knew it the girls were cleaning my watch and I purchased a new necklace . While my first necklace is being fixed. By the way my necklace and watch were purchased at Kay’s jewelry..I love Kay’s I definitely tell all my friends about the service.

Melissa and Alice are the most professional people I have dealt with at Kay jewelers. Customer support was very rude to me and they made me go from mad to smiles inside the store. Wonderful employees you guys have here and lucky to have because customer support was 0 help. Helped me with the ring my fiancee wanted for so long

#kay #kayjewelers I was bait and switched by this company. Toms River, Ocean County Mall, manager Octavio Dejesus and his crew lied to me. As I was shopping for my wife and mother-in-laws christmas gifts, I stopped in their business. The sales girl, who while bumbling at counter told me she was new, also told me that as long as I was over $350 in sales that there would be no interest for 6 months. I received a text reminding me of my payment so i went to the store and paid my $50.00 to the same girl. Then I receive a statement saying i never paid my monthly bill. Call up the number on the bill, thinking I'm calling Kay since their logo is on the envelope. I get Genesis FS, who is the bank that backs the stores credit line. Well, 1 of 2. But apparently they don't offer promotions where as the other does. Wondered why I didn't see this advertised in there but was then being talked to by the sales girl, I have been a customer here for about 10 years and been getting promotions since my first purchase, my engagement ring. I then go to Kay because they've always helped me with all my other needs. Then the manager, Octavio, who couldn't be less helpful as he approached the whole situation like he was going into a fight. His animosity and overall reaction to my request for some help just seemed like he had this argument before. Like its common practice here. I couldn't be less disappointed in Kay Jewelers. I will never buy a thing from this company again.

I have multiple pieces from this store and i have brought them in every 6 months and they honor the guarrantee and when something breaks they have fixed it at no cost. However I stoped at the store yesterday to pickup my ring and the girl that was behind the counter was extremly rude. I had never seen her there before but she had a horrible attitude. just thought i would bring it up since they have always been very helpful.

If I could rate them with no stars I would. I was met by an employee who seemd kind at first glance. Upon speaking with her about the gift items I wanted to purchase it was clear her intention was to insult and be nasty towards me, even giving me the middle finger! During Christmas none the less. I thought this season was about loving your neighbor and sharing kindness. Not this lady who was very tall and said her name was Mary (probably a fake name). These employees survive on commission and I was prepared to make several purchases, unfortunately whatever bias Mary held for me cost her and the company greatly seeing how I will not be visiting Kay's or any of your sister stores either. Kays, Teach your employees the art of customer service and you might make more business next quarter.
