“New management is amazing. When I first got my unit, I was very unhappy with the service I had gotten. I couldn’t gain access initially because of a gate issue. At that time I was pressed for time and was unable to get all of my belongings put in before moving out of state. Then there was a pricing issue. There was lack of communication and transparency. This new manager has not only been completely transparent about charges, but has gone above and beyond to make ensure he didn’t lose me as a customer. He gave me options and also has stayed in communication with me regarding my questions and concerns. Great customer service and willingness to help! Sometimes things are what they are, but he definitely makes it easier to accept.”
“Awesome customer service. My house was due to be flooded due to storm and called to get 24 hour access to the storage unit. I was given access to the unit and the girl at the desk( forgot her name, sorry) did not charge me as she said this was an emergency and wished me good luck on getting everything out of my basement. I made three trips. My first was at 6:00 pm and my third was at 4:00 am. Needless to say the 24 hour access was clutch and nothing get wet. I cannot say enough about the Prime Storage in Lumberton. Way to go and you have earned a customer for life.”

DRW pulling flatbed landscape trailer across the perfectly good bridge scenario. Got it in sight no escape then didn't feel the rumble going over the body. Suddenly, target disappears out of sight. it slipped under the I beam bridge structure as the hood blocked drivers view from the HD PU BODY - pedestrian escapes with minor injuries only. You tap your brakes and look back to see a head pop out from bridge structure. You run.......towards Willingboro twin hills areas...Beverly Rancocas road and ,295 or NJ turnpike.. run run runOr cool calm collective like the pro, as they plan for everything.Unlike the third man setting up others for, his // her, rewards.MYSTERY indeed. Caused demolition of a perfectly good historic and useful bridge.MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE TO BE.Always be a nice person.”

They were willing to work with me when I fell behind on payments due to a hardship and even lowered my payment $30 because they realize that was pretty high for space I was renting.”
