The property manager was super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced.Before I moved in, she gave me a tour of the facility to ensure I liked the location of the unit. She called me asap when a bigger unit became available. She does daily rounds on the units to ensure security which gave me peace of mind.The prices were fair and the hours are convenient. The place is clean and well kept. Overall, excellent service. I would definitely rent from here again.”

“New management is amazing. When I first got my unit, I was very unhappy with the service I had gotten. I couldn’t gain access initially because of a gate issue. At that time I was pressed for time and was unable to get all of my belongings put in before moving out of state. Then there was a pricing issue. There was lack of communication and transparency. This new manager has not only been completely transparent about charges, but has gone above and beyond to make ensure he didn’t lose me as a customer. He gave me options and also has stayed in communication with me regarding my questions and concerns. Great customer service and willingness to help! Sometimes things are what they are, but he definitely makes it easier to accept.”

“Awesome customer service. My house was due to be flooded due to storm and called to get 24 hour access to the storage unit. I was given access to the unit and the girl at the desk( forgot her name, sorry) did not charge me as she said this was an emergency and wished me good luck on getting everything out of my basement. I made three trips. My first was at 6:00 pm and my third was at 4:00 am. Needless to say the 24 hour access was clutch and nothing get wet. I cannot say enough about the Prime Storage in Lumberton. Way to go and you have earned a customer for life.”
“I would like to say for years people have told me to go to Columbus fleemarket so finally we decided not to go to Englishtown fleemarket and try Columbus it was the best decision we could ever make because were told about the storage place they have to and from what we have experienced from the great staff at the fleemarket and their professional way of business we decided to call the storage place and inquire about a unit we were told Sunday from a couple of vendors that there was long waiting list but I called anyway and the manager said we can help you with your needs so we drove there and we were greeted by the manager and a new employee and words can not explain how much these employees went out of their way to help us I've been dealing with storages for a long time and never did I get the treatment we did today I can see a long term relationship with this fleemarket storage company and I even asked about a job because this place was definitely top shelf company and I could see myself working there so I would definitely give this fleemarket and storage facility a big thumbs up because after what we been through in the last past 2 years we finally felt like there is great professional quality people in the world still we made a really bad decision moving out of nj to pa because we Lost 2years being part of the Columbus fleemarket family and storage family sincerely yours George Guenther/ gale Vita”
