Becky even gave us a lift back to the train station, which we really appreciated. The office closes at 5, but you can do an after-hours drop-off if you need it. “This center went above my expectations, my refrigerator broke on Friday and they made a delivery on Saturday. Pam expedited my contract and ensured the unit was ready to go to me the next day. The manager Malfredo, also helped me with this process by ensuring the delivery was set too. I saved hundreds of $$ on food as I had nowhere to store it while we deal with a repair. Thank u rent a center!Update: I had my repairs completed and they were expeditious AGAIN! Inthe process of picking up my rental unit. Your customer service is much appreciated. All the best.”
“I needed a rental same day and Ro and Dom came through. I spoke with Dom first and he gave me a quote over the phone and reserved a vehicle for me. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it turns out I accidentally called the Fairfield location instead of the Short Hills location I intended. However, Ro connected with Dom and was able to get me a vehicle quickly and honored the price that Dom quoted. The process was fast and convenient and I appreciated the service.”
