“I needed a rental same day and Ro and Dom came through. I spoke with Dom first and he gave me a quote over the phone and reserved a vehicle for me. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it turns out I accidentally called the Fairfield location instead of the Short Hills location I intended. However, Ro connected with Dom and was able to get me a vehicle quickly and honored the price that Dom quoted. The process was fast and convenient and I appreciated the service.”

“This place looks a little run down on the outside but don't let that fool you. Dependable auto rental really lives up to its name. The guy there was very nice which is something you don't see much of in New Jersey. He told us that it would take two minutes and it took like 30 seconds. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and efficient service.”

“Great service, the van was there to pick us up within minutes on both leaving to the airport and incoming. Customer service was spot on, had an issue with reservation and credit card charge and they resolved it with an email within an hour, in the middle of the night. Only down side is the parking spaces are a bit small.”
“This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..Steve is a great guy and bc of him I've not had any car aggravation for quite some time now..the prices are reasonable and he also works with you if your not mechanically inclined he will break down what's important to be repaired and what also needs repairing but isn't so urgent idk any mechanics that do this...this is the only place I bring my vehicles!!!”

“The best rental car experience ever! The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Dominick checked us in quickly and courteously, and drop-off was friendly and easy too. Becky even gave us a lift back to the train station, which we really appreciated. The office closes at 5, but you can do an after-hours drop-off if you need it. I especially like that it's a family-run business. Highly recommend!”

“Absolute end-to-end flawless experience. A bit of a hike to get to Terminal A car rentals, but the shuttle off the Air Train makes it simple and quick. The check in at National was easy, and I received a great upgrade with my Executive Elite status, up from a Toyota Camry to a 2024 Audi Q5 SUV with under 100 miles on the odometer. The process of picking any car you’d like in your section is painless and adds some flexibility to your travels. The only employee you actually have to interact with is the person checking you out at the exit gate. Otherwise, no lines, no hassle, and a fantastic selection of vehicles. I rented April 25-27, 2024.”

“This center went above my expectations, my refrigerator broke on Friday and they made a delivery on Saturday. Pam expedited my contract and ensured the unit was ready to go to me the next day. The manager Malfredo, also helped me with this process by ensuring the delivery was set too. I saved hundreds of $$ on food as I had nowhere to store it while we deal with a repair.
