“Nice facility. Max probably 75 people. Parking is awful though. There is about 15 spots. Then you have to park in around the corner because there is 2 restaurants on both ends of the strip mall.”

They take kids who are not that well off and acutally teach them a valuable life skill like cooking. talked to a kid there that said if it wasnt for this place, he would be in really bad shape in life. “So far the NACA program has been going very smoothly we finished the application and meet with our wonderful counselor. Mrs.Griffin was a joy! She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us some very helpful templates that will help finish off the last of the information that is needed to get approved. We have another appointment in march. I really look forward to keep moving through this process to find our forever home.”

“I will try to keep this short but I could go on and on about how amazing Ronald McDonald House is!! Two weeks ago our 5 year old son was transported to Cooper for a horrible case of pneumonia. We were fortunate enough to be able to stay at RMH while our son was fighting the battle of his life. When we walked through the doors of RMH my jaw dropped. It is so unbelievably beautiful, clean and CALM! The sense of peace we would feel whenever we walked in was indescribable. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and they were there for us when we needed to talk or needed anything that we didn’t pack with us. Our room was gorgeous and beds were so comfortable! The meals that were prepared were so delicious and comforting!! Our daughter was able to visit us there because she was too young to visit her brother in the hospital. She didn’t want to leave!! We developed friendships quickly with other parents going through the same thing we were and I will cherish those relationships forever! I will never stop raving about RMH and will donate to them whenever I can because without them there my husband and I would have had to commute over an hour back home. We were able to stay by our sons side during his two week hospital stay when he needed us the most. I will forever be grateful for everyone at RMH!! WE LOVE YOU Ronald McDonald house of Southern NJ!!!”

“I wish I could give this beautiful school more than 5 stars!! From the teachers to the administration to the teaching assistants... they are all angels! My son was 18 months when he started here and begs to go to “school” every single day. This has been a tough year with Covid and the school has greatly exceeded our expectations! They are clean and keep the kiddos safe, but also don’t cancel school very frequently. It’s the perfect balance. My son has grown and learned so much, it’s amazing to watch. We have very close contact with his teacher (mrs Christy) and she is the most loving, caring teacher! If you really want the best education for your child, this is the school. They follow Montessori curriculum very closely (which was important to us). I could go on for days. This family owned, little red school house (as we lovingly refer to it) is a god sent for our family!”

“This is “I-Money”; I am in the music industry for a reason. Rap, well the OLD SCHOOL rap from the ‘80s and ‘90s, was always the soundtrack to my life. Decade-wise, rap as my life soundtrack made my wonderful 2000s childhood and got me through those awful teenage years “last decade” as I dismiss the 2010s. (I was born in 1999; when I dismiss the 2010s as “last decade”, I am talking about high school from 2013-2017 as I favored middle school from 2011-2013 and life since graduating from high school in 2017 has been the best. I skip over those dreadful high school years “last decade” and fast-forward to my entry into adulthood around 2017/2018.) I started off as a rapper and ended up a WPPM DJ, doing classic hip-hop specials from my house, though I still rap part-time. A WPPM DJ first, rapper later. I started rapping in 2010, when I was in sixth grade and became a talent show rapper during my favored middle school years. FYI, I attended school at Penn Wood here in Delaware County, Pennsylvania(I’ve always lived in Darby Borough) and I was KNOWN for my rapping; while my other schoolmates from Penn Wood were obsessed with these Philly streets, music had always been the only thing that did it for me, as I rapped in the hallways and at the lunch table.”

“This unique museum opened in 2001. It is a hidden gem near Independence Hall that our family visits at least once a year. The museum is located in Philosophical Hall, a Georgian style building erected in 1789. The Society was founded by Ben Franklin. His statue keeps a watchful eye from across the street. The museum's annual, changing exhibits celebrate advances in science and American history. Admission is free, with donations welcome.”

“This is a gem of a gallery that features an eclectic mix of pieces. It's run by a co-op and I love that the artists are often the ones working there. Everyone is always warm and welcoming and the pieces are interesting and well priced. They participate in the first Friday exhibitions too. Make it a point to stop by and specifically check out the pieces by Joe Klaus - stunning! I've got one of his originals in my home and highly recommend.”
