“I had a print job that got a little confusing. Kasey worked really hard to get it done right all while having a positive attitude and staying open to my concerns. (She was also helping tons of others quickly and efficiently while I was waiting.) Corporate needs to give her some solid recognition for going above and beyond. I was super happy!!!”
“Even though it's often busy, the young ladies in the front are always courteous and apologize for the wait/ensure those of us waiting in line that they will be right with us (and they are). They're organized, efficient, and great at what they do...and so the line moves quickly.
They are also patient when customers need help/have questions.
And one of the young ladies up front is VERY funny! She was clever/witty and engaging with customers in a way that made me laugh several times while waiting.”

“Good for printing and occasionally some good deals. I go here for Amazon returns as well, which go smoothly, but the staff in that area can get overwhelmed with only 1 person assisting with both printing and returns. Knocking a star off for staffing but also because they don't always open on time like it is posted on their store hours.”
