My shipping took longer to arrive than expected but I got everything and Mohammed and his team did great. I was worried something bad was going to happen with customs or tracking once my shipment got to the USA but the company assured me that everything was ok and provided me information. Everything was packed well. They made a special box to ship a painting that I wanted to take with me and it worked out well. They were the cheapest quote I could find and I was not disappointed. “From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”

“Had a great customer service experience in Madison. Cashier (may have remembered the name wrong, perhaps David? Cashier 1071953) helped us with selection, price-matched with online staples price, brought the office chair to us, and to the car. When I first was looking for help, found him re-stocking the refrigerator with beverages. He basically runs around doing a one-man show with a smile. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the people behind service desks. Can’t believe a guy with a blank expression on his face was texting on his phone the whole time, while a single cashier with a line of customers is also running to the back to get heavy merchandise.”
