I had the most amazing customer service. Dave at the guitar counter was very knowledgeable and helpful and his willingness to help myself and my son who are new to guitars was very appreciated.

The minute you walk through the doors at Sam Ash your eyes experience an exciting environment full of musical goodie's . Salesmen are always polite friendly and very helpful. Sam Ash always has a great stock and variety of instruments, if you don’t see what you’re looking for they will get it. A really great store.??????

Great service at the Springfield NJ location. Kyle D. Was exceptional help. He’s the reason I walked out with a guitar. Had no intention of buying one was just visiting the area and checking out the store. Thank you Sam Ash and the employees at that location that made me feel welcome.
