This was my first time buying a car at a dealer .. major upgrade from my 2006 Honda Accord so I was super excited at the possibility of a new car.We were greeted by Tarik D who assisted my husband and I through the whole negotiating process … even getting me set up on the app.From the moment we walked in we were greeted quickly and had all our questions answered .. thanks for your patience Tarik :)Not to mention they assisted us wellll past closing time so that I could have my dream car.If you’re considering a Nissan go to the Springfield location on RT 22 and ask for Tarik or Alejandro C (sales manager) - I guarantee you’ll be in good hands.

My experience here was amazing I went here with no intentions of buying a car just browsing but Shakeem made it his mission to see if he could find a car we would love and work his magic and got us approved for a car he was very nice and funny and the finance manager jimmy Luna was very helpful as well they were both very nice and accommodating towards our situation and made it work and we got to walk a way with a new car I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership and never once did we feel pressured to get the car I’m so happy with the car ?? thank u guys will definitely be sending my friends/family your way

Excellent customer service! Incredibly positive experience with my salesperson (Mr. Martins). He was knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. He listed to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. The entire process, from test driving to financing, was smooth and efficient.

When I arrived I was told I was scheduled as a drop off, which was never discussed during scheduling. On the phone I was told an hour for service, it was over an hour and a half wait time. That doesn't included the conversation with my rep that it could be up to 3 hours waiting because they only had one technician working that day. The solution to a recall for the key fab was locking the key in the open position making it extremely inconvenient to carry the key in a pocket.

Jeremy is very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what has to be done with my car, gave an approximate time he would finish and offer me a shuttle home because there wasn't a loaner available.Cynthia, the drive of the shuttle was friendly and she made me feel comfortable.The customer service was impressive..Thank you.

1/22 (2nd update) - Spoke to Calin, who explained why the car was not washed, not done when the temperature is below 40° (risk of freezing). Good to know now for the future. I also explained again that I did not receive any calls from the dealership, so the reply below may have been for someone else. I only received a text message about the survey that led to this review. Everything has now been cleared up and I look forward to continuing to work with the dealership!1/22 - I appreciate the thoughtfulness Michael. Left a message for Calin this morning. Side note, I have no calls on record from the dealership. However, if I was called from an unknown number, I do not answer and since there were no voicemail messages, I cannot confirm if I was contacted. Had a message been left, I would have called back.All the work was done as expected, but my car was not washed after the work was completed. I called the same day and was told the service manager would be informed. The fact that no one contacted me about it means that the service manager was not told.
