“I was greeted and helped by Robyn before I even entered the store. I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me one of my best experiences ever in a clothing store. She never pressured me to make a purchase, and even when I felt ready to buy, she encouraged me to take my time. She helped me try on a plethora of shirts and shoes, offered me different styles that I wasn’t use to, while also trying to help me stay true to my own style. She was very attentive, and even helped others around me without making me feel forgotten. The other staff in the store was also very polite and helpful. I will be coming back here to make purchases regularly, and I’d recommend City Workshop to anyone looking to buy clothes.”

“As both a somewhat "larger" person and a neophyte in regards to custom clothing, I was initially hesitant when ordering my first shirt - a gift from a colleague. Within the first moments of my initial fitting, however, I was sold. Aside from the thorough measuring, fitting, an detailed explanation of the entire process from start to finish, I was most impressed with Thomas' attention to detail - particularly his questions as to how I liked my shirts to fit. My Ben Douglas shirt has become, by far, the favorite of my entire wardrobe.”

“All the staff are friendly and polite. They have nice dresses and bags. I like that they have a lot of things on sale most of the time. The Sephora in the store is small but very convenient. The store is always clean & tidy. Customer service representative’s are always at their station and ready to attend to you. LOVE that there is an amazon’s return center in the store available. I’m happy there’s a Kohls so close to me! Overall very pleasant experience. Just missing a coffee spot in the store ?.”

“Private parking lot makes access incredibly easy. Purchased 3 suits, two sport coats and associated shirts, ties and socks. The bill was obviously significant but the staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about sized and color styles, matching accessories. In house alterations...pending pickup so I'll how that goes. Pro tip: if you pay cash you save 10%...which can lead to hundreds of dollars in savings.”
