“Went Today sunday March 3rd 24' like at 1:30pmafter leaving ssnipes with my family snipes had nothing i needed not even the help i needed to get my daughters sneakersthe three women that worked today were more than helpful they took care of both my daughters like their own i felt like family i got help from all 3 ladies i wish i had their names lol but i will be back these women did an excellent job with me today cus i was pissed at snipes they held me down !!”

“I wrote a 5 star review a few months ago when I rented a suit for a wedding. I returned this month for a tuxedo for another wedding.I initially went to the Livingston location but I was so disappointed that I returned to the Union Store and did not regret it! My sales associate Brian was on point. He was super professional, helpful and actually knew what he was talking about and doing. What further impressed me was as I complained about the lack of professionalism at the other store, he never once bad mouthed or said ANYTHING negative about the other employees. I felt like the staff at the Livingston location were trying but just seemed to fall short on a few different levels. The young man who was helping me did NOT instill confidence that he actually knew what he was talking about and that made me nervous. I didn't need last minute surprises while preparing to go to a West Coast Wedding. All in all though, my experience at the Union location is always good and I will not only return there but refer others there as well.”

“Arrived unknowingly just before closing. We picked out a few pairs of shoes and the staff was right on it. A few ppl left and my son was still trying on shoes. It was ten minutes or more after closing and I realized a guy was sweeping as we were still being helped. I apologized as I had not realized the store closed. They were super friendly and we checked out after he got us a size smaller. Not rushed. Kudos to the crew working late and great job with customer service. My son doesn’t get new shoes often and it was special for him and you kept it special. Thanks.”
