“Extremely satisfied with the experience we had with Benjamin at this location! My wife and I had an appointment to get a family plan with a trade in and Benjamin helped us from start to finish. His customer service is a 10 out of 10. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Optimum was giving us a hard time and switching over to our new service with AT&T took longer than expected. To put it in perspective, the store closes at 7 and due to complications we were having with Optimum we didn’t get done till nearly 8PM! Not once did we feel rushed and Ben was even apologetic for something that was not even in his control. We actually felt bad for him staying over his time. We had a good time though. I know we were buying phones, but it felt like we were all just hanging out. That’s how personable he is! I’m sure the other guys are great, but Ben’s customer service is the best we’ve had at any mobile store. Thank you.”
