“The agent was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are always understaffed. Only one person to man the whole store the one agent is generally busy which means the phone doesn't get answered. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive all the way there to see if the phone I wanted was in stock after several attempts at calling. It's my closest store and I've purchased 5 phones from this location. I implore management to lighten the load on their staff despite being alone with the entire workload the agent remained pleasant.”

Carlos came to my car to get my new phone on Bluetooth. I’m technologically retarded and it’s great to know I always get the help I need in Denville”
“Eric Weinstein was a great help today, was able to fix the issue I had with billing, merging a family account, and cellular connection issue on new devices. The issues were complex that we had to contact corporate, and he helped me and my wife and kids through the entire process. Even if Eric isn’t able to fix the issue himself, he will make sure that he helps you through the process to get their problems resolved.”
