I had an amazing experience during the HIIT class, it was beginner friendly yet very versatile and interactive. The instructor was very encouraging as well. I highly recommend this class.

100% recommend! This was my first time in an HIIt class. I am looking to lose weight and build endurance. I have been looking for a similar class in Nj and was pleased to find this. I weigh 276lbs and i am not considered fit! The coach was kind and walked me through the process ensuring that i was okay through out, while encouraging me to push through! The space is clean, the vibe is clean. Participants were very encouraging as well, i did not feel like i was being judged! I absolutely loved it and would be returning!

Great experience. The class was an excellent blend of challenging supportive, and fun. Good group of people who want to get a good workout in. Exercises were varied, targeting the entire body. 10/10 recommend

AMAZING fitness class! My first class, was tough as you can imagine, but Gene made sure I was comfortable with every workout and taught me through workout before it was done. He was attentive and motivational throughout. I’m excited to join long term with The Bodyweight Bootcamp! 10/10 recommend!

I’m a huge fan of HIIT, functional fitness, and circuit training. Gene’s class offers so many different exercise modalities and is challenging without being intimidating. Classes are relatively low-impact, and while he will challenge you to push yourself, the exercises are scalable and suitable for various levels of fitness. I highly encourage anyone to try his class at least once!

It was a great experience. Coach had great knowledge of the workouts. He was very helpful at making sure you have the right form. I definitely recommend him for anyone that has a specific fitness goal that they want to reach.

Took the Saturday morning HIIT class for the first time and it was great. Gene makes sure to keep everyone motivated and pushes them to the best of their ability.

Amazing class! The trainer is really motivating and the workout is structured so that you get a good balance of working out your core, strength training, and building your endurance. Everyone was also very friendly and supportive, will definitely come back!

Took the Monday 7 PM cardio hit class and from the beginning Gene, the coach was very nice and welcoming. He was also attentive to the fact that it was my first time and informative about how the class was going to go down!!The energy was great, and the workouts were challenging, but the others in class were super friendly and supportive to see me push through!!If high intensity styled training is your thing than this is definitely worth giving it a try!! Glad I came

This is long overdue. Gene is a wonderful person and a great trainer.I started working out with Gene close to a year ago and I couldn't be happier, healthier, and more focused.He's helped me achieve my initial goals and has me on track for my next set of goals.I couldn't recommend him any more highly!

I have to say, when I walked into Gene’s studio I was just curious, but I wasn’t ready to commit to myself. What I didn’t know was that Gene was about to change my life.Imagine a coach who meets you where you’re at and helps you get out of your own way by tackling the very things that you do to sabotage your own success. He has been a mentor to me for a year now, and he didn’t give up on me even though I was giving up on myself. It took me a year to get into his studio but he made sure I was guided along the way even if I wasn’t working with him yet! Gene truly cares about everyone he works with and personalizes their plan of care. He doesn’t simply manage your workout routine and fix your form, that’s basic work for a trainer…Gene exceeds this by working on your mind and habits so that you can stick to the plan (a plan that is personalized to you btw). He doesn’t do group training; he takes time out to meet individually with each person he trains…I can certainly go on, and this rating doesn’t do justice to what Gene offers.In short though, I can confidently say that Gene offers the advice of a professional nutritionist, the relief of a physical therapist and the coaching of someone who manages athletes. His educational background plays a huge role in how much he can help with. I’ve tried many programs and even other in personal trainers, but Gene is the best thus far!

Great first time HIIT class experience with Coach Gene! I just started working out consistently this year but I’ve never done a HIIT workout. I was pretty intimidated at the thought of it but after my experience at the Bodyweight Bootcamp I’m sold! Coach Gene was super nice, and well versed on the benefits and purpose of each workout. He made it very comfortable for everyone to go at their own pace and he encouraged us throughout. I plan to be regular and you should too!
