“A gem of a bookstore in Bayonne. The owner is super knowledgeable and is great to talk to about reading any type of book which helps calibrate and find the books you didn’t know you were looking for!The selection of books reflects her wide ranging curiosity and interests and I’ve found 2 or more books that pique my interest every time. What a treat.”

“It is such a beautiful collection of books with African centric art and clothing. It's great to hear how they partner with other local businesses as well. The customer service was great, and since I came there to check out their clothes, the staff was very supportive and assisted me through the process. I first found out about them through a street fair they hosted with other vendors. And I love their variety of children books that represent the kids I work with. Overall, wonderful store.”
“Been going to Barnes and Nobles for quite some time they're still one of the best places to be like I said it's Barnes and Nobles take your time look around spend some money and have a great day.”
“I contacted this business about having a new roof around two months ago. Their promptness pleased me, and the cost and caliber of their work were well within my means.”
“Ant Bookstore is the place to be! Top 2 NOT 2. The energy, atmosphere, culture, love, representation, and staff are so wholesome and authentic. I’m the last person to leave a comment, but they were too good I messed around and left a review.”

648 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst“Yvette, Sara, Esther, Dev, Patti and the whole team at Mystical World have treated me like family since I first discovered them at a Fair. Highly professional and educational with years of studies all things Metaphysical and more. Always a warm and kind hearted welcome. I’ve been referring them to family and friends for years with zero disappointments. These are caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful people. Their crystals and stones are mesmerizing. They have everything you may need including the most beautiful of mass cards to express your sympathy to those who have lost a loved one. Their collections of angels and statues is pristine. Their classes are both therapeutic and educational. They hold several meditation sessions during the course of the week with Yvette’s soothing tone of voice bringing you to complete relaxation and feeling recharged afterwards. I’ve been a patron for around 15 years. They have never steered me wrong. I walk out of the shop feeling happy, positive, and empowered.I am so grateful and thankful for finding everyone at Mystical World.”
“You know those bookstores you only see in TV shows or read about in cozy fiction stories? Do you wish to live out any dreams of small town magic in a beautiful bookstore? This is literally that bookstore. The assortment of choices is unbelievable. I’m able to find books here that I’ve never heard of and I haven’t seen on any other mass market publishing list of “books to read.” Everything feels personalized and considered. And that’s just the selection of books to purchase! The staff here is BEYOND unbelievable. I love every single person that works here. They are filled with a love for what they do, and for the books that they read. I have never had such an incredible experience shopping, and I can never get tired of recommending Watchung Booksellers to literally everybody. I’ve been going here since I moved to the area maybe three years ago, and they know me so well at this point that I’m greeted as I walk in. But it really doesn’t matter who you are, it really feels like a giant book family here. I literally won’t go anywhere else for books”

Kellogg Building, 40 West Jersey Street, Elizabeth“Montclair is a very diverse and eccentric town. One of the places that adds to the charm is the Montclair Book Center. Since the new ownership took place (a little over a year ago), a majority of improvements have been made to enhance the bookreader and customer experience. The MBC transcends the imagination of an antique bookstore. Readers of all genres and ages are welcome. The collection of new books follows current trends, and the vinyl collection is something to be seen! The staff is more than knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

10AM - 5PM
73 Westfield Ave, Clark“I visited The Book Trader a few days ago. What an experience! First of all, they have every type of book imaginable. From cookbooks to sci fi, from fantasy to biographies, from adult romances to children's picture books! You could find books from the 1600s all the way until the 21st century. The Book Trader is exactly what its name says: it trades books. You can bring books, which they will give you store credit for and then you can buy books for cheaper than they would cost in a regular store. This was such a great idea, in my opinion. I traded in 2 books and bought one. Now, aside from being separated vaguely by genre and authors' works being mostly together, there is no other sorting system to this store. Books, as you can see in my pictures, are all over the place and it is very hard to walk around parts of the store. If you want a specific book...good luck! Also, make sure you have cash on you. The store only takes cash and checks.”
9AM - 9PM
1156 US-46, Woodland Park“Great selection and a friendly staff. Some of the sections, like fantasy especially, could stand to be a little bigger, lots of big names in the genre missing, but a decent selection. Quick check out time too.”
“Hands down the best store for the arcane and occult. Focused book selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and rarely out of whatever it is you're looking for Barnes & Noble College Bookstore.”
“Just moved to a new location.Much more room and right across from Yeshiva Ketana in warehouse building. Decent parking and as usual great staff !Chaim Feder is Tops !!”

701 E Linden Ave, Linden“The Beginning. The first Indigo location opened in Burlington Ontario in 1997, created with the desire to bring a unique cultural destination to the Canadian retail marketplace. Indigo Books & Music Inc. ("Indigo"), as it exists today, was created in August 2001 upon the merger with Chapters Inc.You can enjoy flipping through the books and relax before checking out your items. They also have a section for kids, and sell bath-wear stuff, kitchenware, stationeries, etc. It's become my favorite coffee table bookstore in New Jersey. The displays are lovely and the children's section is a wonderland.”
10AM - 6PM
550 Broad St, Newark“I have been ordering all of my books in Hebrew from here, for many years. Love the selection, and the customer service is helpful when I cant find the books I want. Delivery was always on time. Really happy that this store exists.”

33 Terminal Ave, Clark“Unique source for old law books, reprints of classic legal treatises, and a variety of other law-related publications. Great materials. Greg (the founder) and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.”
“I love the store!! They are fully stocked with everything you need. I was very impressed by the stock and organization. The employee that rang up my purchases was kind, efficient, and professional.”
“The new Union store in the Union Plaza Shopping Center is half the size of their previous store in Springfield. I love the little niches they built, it feels so cozy.”
9AM - 10PM
Clifton Commons 395 Route 3 East, Clifton“This bookstore is large and pleasant, it has a large number of titles for children, it has a coffee shop where you can spend a pleasant time and many windows, which allow you to enjoy natural light. The only thing that would improve is to add children's books in Spanish, my son is 6 years old and loves to read in English and Spanish and is learning to speak French but it is difficult to find children's books in these languages.”
“Prices are high on basic goods as expected and the variety of brands per object is limited. Again, being a campus book store, this is expected. Oddly, they don't have basic necessities like milk, laundry detergent, or bleach (3rd is understandable).”
