“I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. “If I could give this place 100 stars, without a doubt, I definitely would!I woke up to a sideswiped vehicle, who’s swiper left the scene and ruined almost the entire driver side of my vehicle. “I am an older guy with some auto body repair experience, so I can see less than perfection. I see flaws all over the road as I drive. Over the years I have had numerous cars repaired at various auto body repair facilities. Many were good, but I have to rate V & F number 1. First and foremost, the results were spectacular. On my 2020 charcoal colored Lexus, all the seams were aligned. Patina was perfect. Metal flake matched exactly. Car was like new. Second, their communication regarding the status of my vehicle was the best in my experience. Third, they were very accommodating regarding the scheduling. I have a prized collector car I plan to entrust to them next. I see they have a 5 star rating already. Add me to the list. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We’ve been going to Bayshore forever, and as long as they’re still there we’ll NEVER go anywhere else!!! They’re HONEST, which is impossible to find these days, especially if you’re a woman (the dealerships are absolutely criminal!). They know what they’re doing (they NEVER misdiagnose and cost you extra money) and they ALWAYS fix it RIGHT. Their prices are reasonable and they never take advantage (if you don’t know what it should cost).
