“I recently had my 2015 Nissan Sentra (CVT) transmission replaced with precision transmission and repairs and the service was exceptional. I walked into the repair shop and noticed how neat and clean the workplace was. The customer service was above and beyond I received calls regarding the repairs my car needed. Not only that but they full inspected my car for further service. They asked my permission for any additional repairs. The general manger test drove my car before my repairs so he could better understand the problems with my car. Many mechanics around this area wouldn't do this for me. The care that this team puts in for cars is truly amazing. I only wish I would have found this hidden gem faster ! Not only am I happy with the repair of my car but as a women I felt respected and heard. They listened to my concerns and were able to fix my car. My car rides like its brand new. If your looking to have minor or even a major repair done on your car look NO FURTHER you found the right shop. Their prices are also very reasonable. The hours this repair shop is open works well with anyone's schedule.”

“I needed some emergency work done on my car and based on recommendations from neighbors and reviews on line, I drove up to West Lake Auto Center and spoke to Greg, one of the owners. He could not have been any nicer. My engine light was on and he explained that they were busy and probably would not get to look at my car until Tuesday…several days from when I went. Greg told me that he would TRY to take a look at my car the next day if I dropped it off, but I actually left it the night before. I thought perhaps maybe there would be a cancellation or they just could “squeeze” me in. They even offered to drive me home or pick me up, but I was able to get a ride from a neighbor. The first morning, I got a call that my spare key fob did not work. He provided me with a battery and he said if it was not available, he would pick up my main key fob. Luck had it and the battery worked. On Thursday afternoon, he gave me the diagnosis for the car and approximate cost. I just want you to know that my car had always been serviced and fixed by my dealer so I was nervous about leaving it and getting this intensive job done. He was going to try to get it done by Friday closing (holiday weekend, so closed Monday). I agreed on the price and Greg called the next morning and said that the car was finished….way before the promised time. My car rides like new and I feel very confident that I made the decision to do business here. Greg was extremely friendly and very professional. I felt strongly that he knew his stuff and I am sure that the mechanics here know what they are doing, I totally recommend coming here and will recommend them highly. I will need a servicing in a few months along with an oil change. Instead of going to the dealer, I am pretty sure I will go here. I love that they are nearby. The dealer does give me a loaner car, but I am not concerned with that for just a servicing. Try this place out and I think you will be as pleased as I am.”

“Been to this place multiple times over the past two years and just had to write a review as these guys are providing excellent service. First time, had to replace a steering coupling which was making clicking/thud sounds. They diagnosed the issue correctly and asked me to get the right part as they didn't have the space. A few days later I stopped by and they fixed it in a couple of hours. And the labor was very reasonable, around $125. I had gotten a quote earlier at another shop nearby and they quoted in the hundreds, yes the ones who give a bad reputation to mechanics globally. Another time, had to stop by for fixing an electrical issue as the car was not starting. They found the issue to be a fuse, which was simple enough. They didn't even charge me anything. Stopped by today for an inspection sensor "not ready" issue. Just did a computer check and told the sensors look good and we should be good to go for inspection again, charged $20. Also stopped by once for an oil leak/change, found out the issue was the oil pan nut being loose, think it was around $30-40. These guys are not greedy by any means, very pleasant to interact with and seem to do a good job, at least for the simple fixes I needed. Highly recommend. “So my car which has 334K miles on it blew a spark plug/coil while I was out in Perth Amboy NJ this week. I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are.
