Just finished my first month here and I love it! I double most days and do cycle followed by circuit and usually burn around 1,000 calories in the hour and a half. Every class is well planned and completely different from the day before. Great music and great energy from all the instructors and members!

Good workout, nice enough space, but too crowded. They should keep the maximum capacity to a lower number so you have space to do burpees without getting kicked

This gym is awesome. So warm and welcoming - it truly feels like a community. If you live in the area or are just visiting you should definitely try it out. Great energy, great workout..
